What you need to know about your AUTODESK SUBSCRIPTION

Announcing Physical Subscription Shipment Request Changes in Australia
Today, Maintenance Subscription customers receive their software via download and if needed, can request a physical shipment of media for free.
Starting February 12, 2016 customers in Australia will be required to pay the media kit price plus applicable taxes for a physical shipment of their software – cost includes shipping.
*Government customers will continue receive free media by contacting their Autodesk Partner
Software Download has become the most effective and environmentally-friendly way to access Autodesk software. The increase in software download adoption confirms that many of our customers find this method most convenient.

Where will Maintenance Subscription customers be able to request a physical shipment?
Just as they do today, Maintenance Subscription customers will login to their Autodesk Account to request physical media and will be guided through an enhanced ordering process where they will pay with a credit card. In addition, customer can still contact their Autodesk Partner to purchase media kits.
*Government customers will continue receive free media by contacting their Autodesk Partner.
